Giulia Quirino - CEO
With over 20 years of experience, Giulia has held several key leadership roles and achieved remarkable milestones. She has distinguished herself as Hospitality Director for the Blue Tree Hotels, General Director of the Christ the Redeemer Complex in Brazil, and Director of prestigious retail destinations including Lisbon’s UBBO shopping mall and Pátio Batel Luxury Shopping in Brazil. Giulia holds a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Tourism, a MBA in Luxury Hotel Management and Project Management. She is the visionary creator behind our innovative business model.
Nathalia Quirino - COO
She is at the forefront of excellence in our operations with extensive experience in training and developing teams, always delivering unique experiences to our guests and clients. She is a head chef and was Food and Beverage Manager at major hotel chains such as Windsor Hotels, Intercity Hotels and Golden Tulip (Brazil), in addition to being a leader at Café Mambo (Ibiza) and Buddabar (Barcelona). She has a MBA in Strategic Business Management, a degree in Gastronomy and in Cuisine & Restauranter.
Kareemi Dali - CMO
Responsible for our strategic communication focused on Marketing and Sales, she was Commercial Manager for Brazilian radio and TV stations, such as Rede Bandeirantes de Comunicação, Rádio Globo and Rede Transamérica, and Manager of Major Accounts for the largest Brazilian real estate portal (Imovelweb). With a degree in Journalism, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing, and a specialist in Digital Business, she is an International Speaker and author of 3 Best Sellers sold in 17 countries.
