– The Pink Bedroom or Bedroom 4: has two single beds, one with a single bed drawer (sleeps 3), desk space, and a SONOS speaker,

– The Second Main Bedroom or Bedroom 5: has a King size double bed (200cm x 200cm), Smart TV with Netflix, safe, desk space, SONOS speaker, and bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower.

All bedrooms have views and access to the garden & swimming pool, wardrobes, wooden shutters on the outside and inside linen curtains with electric blackout curtains, individual air conditioning, and underfloor heating.

Outside, there is another fully equipped kitchen with a 5-ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, drinks fridge, ALFA brand pizza oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Becken ham slicer machine.

The outdoor dining table seats 18 peopl,e and there is a counter with 6 stools.

On this side of the house, there is an independent Guesthouse comprising two en-suite bedrooms:

Master Suite 3 or bedroom 6: has as a double bed, Smart TV with Netflix, SONOS speaker, wardrobes, safe, and minibar. The Yellow Bedroom or Bedroom 7: has two single beds that can be made as double, one with an additional single bed drawer, wardrobes, and a desk space.

The rooms have an individual entrance and an interior door that can be used to separate the rooms or as a connecting door for the comfort of young families.

Both are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating and have electric blackout blinds and wooden exterior shutters.

The property’s accommodation sleeping capacity is a maximum of 18 people.

Near the pool, there is a pool bathroom with a shower and natural light.

The overflow pool is lined with emerald colored tiles, treated with salt, has a dimension of 20m x 5m and a depth of 1.60m, with a small area of 30cm depth.

The terrace around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and lounge chairs, and two BOSE outdoor speakers.

Along the garden we find several spaces for leisure and experiences, such as multi-purpose equipment for physical exercise that also functions as kid’s playground, a wooden deck with awning and electrical connection perfect for Yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions, a circular area with a wood-burning brazier with benches around and a quiet reading area with two tree-sheltered hammocks. The landscaped garden includes a dining area with a charcoal barbecue and a wooden table with seating for 18 people, located close to an orchard with fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden / scented garden.

This villa has breakfast and lunch, and dinner preparation service (food cost is an extra), according to prior appointment. This service is available from Monday to Saturday.
