Giulia Quirino

Among her key positions and remarkable achievements in 20 years of experience, Giulia has stood out as Hospitality Director at Blue Tree Hotels, general director of the Christ the Redeemer Complex (Brazil), and Director of the UBBO/CBRE Shopping Center in Lisbon and Pátio Batel Luxury Shopping (Brazil).
With a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Tourism, an MBA in Luxury Hospitality Management, and a specialization in business from the University of California, San Diego, Giulia is the visionary behind our business model.

Nathália Quirino - COO

She leads operational excellence with extensive experience in training and developing teams, always delivering unique experiences to our guests and clients.
A professional cuisine chef, she has served as Food & Beverage Manager for renowned hotel chains such as Windsor Hotels, Intercity Hotels, and Golden Tulip (Brazil).
Additionally, she has been part of the leadership teams at Café Mambo (Ibiza) and Buddabar (Barcelona). She holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management, a degree in Gastronomy, and a technical qualification in Cuisine & Restaurateur.

Daliani Ribeiro (Kareemi)

Responsible for our strategic communication with a focus on Marketing and Sales, she has served as Commercial Manager for major Brazilian radio and TV networks, including Rede Bandeirantes de Comunicação, Rádio Globo, and Rede Transamérica. She also managed Key Accounts for Brazil’s largest real estate portal, Imovelweb.
A Journalism graduate with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing and specialization in Digital Business, she is an International Speaker and the author of three bestsellers sold in 17 countries.
